Collaboration with the Medicasa Italia project – Home Cardiac Care

We are currently participating in the projectMedicasa Italia, a company of theAir Liquide Group, specialized for over 30 years in the design and delivery ofHome Care, in collaboration with theItalian ASLs, mainly in the field of theADI (Integrated Home Care).

Within this model of home care, we offercardiology consultations directly at the patient's home, with the possibility of conducting a complete cardiac assessment without the need for the patient to travel.

The services include:

• home cardiology visit;
• electrocardiogram (ECG);
• transthoracic echocardiogram;
• color Doppler ultrasound of the carotid arteries and epiaortic vessels.

This approach allows for a more personalized care management, promotingcontinuity of care,cardiovascular prevention and a personalized care model, integrated into the patient's daily life context.
