Who we are
How did the idea for our company come about?
We are two Polish cardiologists with solid hospital and outpatient experience in Poland and Italy. Our project, the Health and Long Life Center in Manoppello, is born from the desire to promote prevention and overall well-being. Our goal is to help each person live longer, actively, and with a clear mind, focusing on cardiovascular, metabolic, and cognitive prevention. We carefully assess all risk factors, from lifestyle to nutrition, physical activity to stress and the environment. We offer advanced diagnostic services such as echocardiography, carotid Doppler, and ECG, with personalized prevention programs. We believe that living in Manoppello and in Abruzzo, with its clean air, natural parks, and Mediterranean diet, is a fundamental ally for a balanced and lasting lifestyle. In the future, we plan to expand our team by including personal trainers, psychologists, and dietitians for an even more comprehensive approach to physical, mental, and cognitive health.
